Knowing the way Hollywood works, it's more likely to be a regular G3A3 (or something similar) that's been mocked up to look like an MSG-90. FN SCAR
I very much doubt that they were FN SCARs, more likely Sig SG551s or SG 552s. The Swiss guard actually use Swiss issue weapons.
