The following weapons were used in the film Rumble in the Bronx:
Handguns
Tokyo Marui Colt Double Eagle Soft Air Gun
The bad guys in the movie mostly use Tokyo Marui Colt Double Eagle soft air guns evidenced by that they appear plastic-looking and that the hammers are unmovable and molded to the frame of the gun.
Bernardelli P-018 Compact
The guns being fired appear to mostly be the Bernardelli P-018 Compact in nickel plated finish.
Smith & Wesson Model 439
Jamaicans is seen with Smith & Wesson Model 439s early on in the movie, one also appears in a bag in their car. Ma Hon Keung (Jackie Chan) is seen holding one taken from a thug. Some cops also carry 439s.
Colt Python
Colt Python revolver is carried by one of the NYPD officers who arrests Jordan and another syndicate member, after the initial shootout. Another officer is also seen with one near the final.
Smith & Wesson Model 15
Smith & Wesson Model 15 revolver is carried by the second officer arresting the two syndicate members.
Umarex Browning GP DA 9
Tony (Marc Akerstream) fires a nickel plated Umarex Browning GP DA 9 into the air to stop the fight between Jackie and members of his street gang. Near the end of the movie, during the final chase, a NYPD detective is seen with a standard blued one.

"Timecop" Custom Machine Pistol
Custom machine pistols are carried by the mob thugs pursuing Hon. As this film was partially filmed in Canada, these machine pistols are likely the exact same props seen in the film Timecop as well as several Canadian-filmed television series including The X-Files, Smallville, Viper and the Michael Dudikoff series Cobra.
HFC MP210 Soft Air Gun
The "Heckler & Koch MP5A3" are carried by members of law enforcement during the final chase. One is also seen used by a syndicate member before he enters the hovercraft. These are in fact a pump action airsoft version manufactured by HFC called the MP210.
