Neomanila is a 2017 neo-noir thriller film starring Timothy Castillo as Toto, an orphaned drug runner in the slums of Manila who is taken up by Irma (Eula Valdez), an assassin. The film follows his exploits and descent into the deeper criminal underworld of the streets of Manila.
