Gremlins is a 1984 horror fantasy directed by Joe Dante and stars Zach Galligan as Billy, a young man who receives an unusual Christmas gift from his father in the form of a strange creature named Gizmo. Through a turn of events, the creature spawns more terrifying versions of itself, who come to be known as "Gremlins". These Gremlins then proceed to cause mayhem in Billy's small town.
