Flashpoint is a 1984 thriller directed by William Tannen and stars Treat Williams and Kris Kristofferson as two Texas border guards who find a car buried in the desert, with human remains, a sniper rifle and a large amount of cash. Their finding appears to be linked with the mystery of JFK assassination. Not to be confused by the similar-named TV series Flashpoint.
