Handguns
AMT Backup
An AMT Backup is seen in "Gliding Over All" (S5E08). It's given to Jesse by Saul in a deleted sequence. Jesse tosses it to the floor right after Walter's visit.
Beretta 84F
Mike (Jonathan Banks) uses a suppressed Beretta 84F after coming to save Chow from his former subordinate Chris in "Madrigal" (S5E02). Later, he goes to Lydia's house with the gun, threatening her.
Beretta 92FS
Officer Jacocks (James Harris) enters a Beretta 92FS into the evidence database in "Live Free or Die" (S5E01).
Beretta 92FS Inox
Mike (Jonathan Banks) continues to use the Beretta 92FS Inox, which he took from a Cartel member in the previous season. He threatens Walter the first time they meet in "Live Free or Die" (S5E01) after learning of Gus' death. Mike also carries the Beretta in "Buyout" (S5E06) and threatens Walter when he hid methylamine for sale. In "Say My Name" (S5E07), he throws another Beretta along with other weapons down a well, destroying evidence, and briefly holds his American made Beretta again at the end of the episode.
Browning Hi-Power
The Browning Hi-Power is used by Jack Welker (Michael Bowen), notably in "To'hajiilee" (S5E13).
Colt Woodsman
Getting rid of the evidence in "Say My Name" (S5E07) Mike (Jonathan Banks) shakes out the contents of the bag among which is a Colt Woodsman into the well. The 4.5" barrel, high ramped front sight and the shape of the trigger guard suggest it is most likely a 2nd series "Sport".
Glock 17
APD officers, including Officer Jacocks (James Harris), use Glock 17s during a diversion at a police evidence warehouse in "Live Free or Die" (S5E01). The German police officers in the Madrigal office carry what appears to be Glocks in holsters at the beginning of "Madrigal" (S5E02). A former Gus' enforcer named Chris Mara (Christopher King) uses the suppressed Glock in an assassination attempt on Duane Chow and Mike later in the episode. Houston police officers who detain Madrigal warehouse foreman Ron Forenall (Russ Dillen) in "Fifty-One" (S5E04) also carries the holstered pistols.

Starting this season, DEA Agent Steven Gomez (Steven Michael Quezada) begins carrying a Glock 22 as a service weapon, which is first seen in "Fifty-One" (S5E04) and later briefly in "Dead Freight" (S5E05). DEA Agent Hank Schrader (Dean Norris) continues to carry a Glock 22 as his sidearm in the series. He is notably seen drawing his weapon in "To'hajiilee" (S5E13).
Note: The key armorer refers to Hank's Glock as a Glock 17. Even though in the Pilot, Hank stated he carried a Glock 22, and a Glock 22 was clearly used in Season 2, it is possible that a Glock 17 was used as a stand-in for the Glock 22 in Season 5.
Glock 27
DEA Agent Steve Gomez (Steven Michael Quezada) is armed with his Glock 27 in "Say My Name" (S5E07), When him and two DEA Agents encounter Dan Wachsberger (Chris Freihofer) at the bank.

Smith & Wesson 5906TSW
Seeing a witness named Drew Sharp during the train robbery in "Dead Freight" (S5E05), Todd Alquist (Jesse Plemons) grabs a Smith & Wesson 5906TSW and shoots him.
Taurus PT22
Saul keeps a Taurus PT22 in his desk, which he reaches for in "Confessions" (S5E11). Jesse is later seen using it in the same episode.

The M4A1 Carbine is used by both Frankie (Patrick Sane) and Lester (Tait Fletcher) in "To'hajiilee" (S5E13). One of the M4s is fitted with the standard carry handle/iron sights, while the other is fitted only with a folding back-up iron sight.
M16A2
M16A2 rifles are seen in the gun rack in the series finale "Felina" (S5E16).
