In the third season, brothers Leonel and Marco Salamanca arrive in Albuquerque - seeking revenge for their cousin's murder, but Gus protects Walter as his one of his most valuable employees. At the same time, Skyler learns of her husband's criminal activities and files for divorce, intending to keep him away from the children. In his investigation, Hank comes out to Jesse as one of the prime suspects while he tries to re-organize the business with Saul's help. Beretta 85F
In "Half Measures" (S3E12), Jesse buys and plans to use a Beretta 85F to take revenge on drug dealers who killed his friend, but he never fires it as Walt intervenes with his car. He later pulls the pistol on Gale in Season 3's finale "Full Measure" (S3E13).
