The LMT M203 appears as the only launcher avaiable and can be mounted on every gun with rails.

This is a reminder that the M203 was not designed for short barrelled rifles.
With a bit of ingenuity, even a 19th century pistol can mount a under-barrel grenade launcher.
Explosives

A Mk 2 hand grenade appear a prop but is fully usable.
Mk 2 "Pineapple" World War II-made High-Explosive Fragmentation hand grenade (sometimes written Mk II). This example has a WW2-era fuze design as can be seen from the front of the spoon curling over rather than under the hinge at the front: this was changed postwar because the older hinge would sometimes allow the spoon to be pushed far enough forward to release the striker while still attached to the grenade.
While regular pineapples, appears in-game this pineapple is much more interesting... and lethal.
