Pistols
SIG-Sauer P229 E2
The SIG-Sauer P229 E2 is used by NCIS agents assigned to Los Angeles as their sidearm. Ex-CIA agent Joelle Taylor / Beth (Elizabeth Bogush) uses it in "Fool Me Twice" (S9E09).
SIG-Sauer P938
A SIG-Sauer P938 is used by NCIS Analyst Nell Jones (Renée Felice Smith) as her primary sidearm.
Glock 17 (Full Auto)
A full auto Glock 17 is used by HAMAS fighter and explosive expert Herbert Dieter (Omid Zader) in "Party Crashers" (S9E01). One of Sokolov's men appears to use it in "Vendetta" (S9E18).
Glock 19
The Glock 19 is seen with some characters in the season.
Glock 26
The Glock 26 is seen with Hetty Lange as her personal sidearm. Harley Hidoko (Andrea Bordeaux) also uses it as her sidearm.
Glock 41 MOS (TTI Fast 8 Combat Master Package)
Dual Glock 41 MOSes are used by NCIS Executive Assistant Director Shay Mosley (Nia Long) in "Plain Sight" (S9E04).

A Heckler & Koch P30 is used in "Reentry" (S9E20)..

An IMI Uzi pistol is used by a rogue LAPD officer in "Can I Get a Witness?" (S9E06). Cartel soldiers and corrupt Mexican soldiers use them in "Ninguna Salida" (S9E24).

The M1911A1 is seen with various characters in the season.
Smith & Wesson 5906
Several Smith & Wesson 5906 pistols are seen in the OSP Armory in "Mounteback" (S9E05).
Smith & Wesson M&P
The Smith & Wesson M&P returns in the season as Deek's sidearm.
Walther PPK
A Walther PPK is seen in "Outside the Lines" (S9E19) by Sarah Channing (Lara Clear).
Zastava M70A
A Zastava M70A is used by Dang (Long Nguyen) in "Can I Get a Witness?" (S9E06), used as his pistol of choice.
Taurus PT1911
The chrome plated Taurus PT1911 is used by Abram Sokolov (Costas Mandylor) in "Outside the Lines" (S9E19).
Submachine Guns
Carl Gustav M/45
A Carl Gustav M/45 is used by ex-Rear Admiral Albert Jethro "AJ" Chegwidden (John M. Jackson) during a raid in Vietnam in "Goodbye, Vietnam" (S9E16).
Cobray M11/9
A Cobray M11/9 is used by rogue NSA analyst Curtis Denard in "The Silo" (S9E07). Armed gunrunners use them in "A Line in the Sand" (S9E23).
Heckler & Koch MP5A3
A Heckler & Koch MP5A3 without a folding stock and attached via assault sling is used by the NCIS team in "Party Crashers" (S9E01). A regular version is used by Harley as her primary weapon and a MP5A3 with rails is used by the NCIS REACT team as their main submachine gun.
Heckler & Koch MP5K
The Heckler & Koch MP5K is seen with various characters in the season.
Heckler & Koch UMP
The Heckler & Koch UMP inside the OSP Armory.
IMI Uzi
An IMI Uzi is used by gunmen in "Forasteira" (S9E10) and in "Venganza" (S9E22). Corrupt Mexican soldiers use them in "Ninguna Salida" (S9E24).
Ingram MAC-10
What appears to be an Ingram MAC-10 with no stock is used by a corrupt Mexican soldier in "Ninguna Salida" (S9E24).
SIG-Sauer MPX
The SIG-Sauer MPX appears to be used by G and Sam in "Forasteira" (S9E10), which is now used by the team to replace their MP5s. Kensi uses it in "Liabilities" (S9E15) first with Deeks in "Venganza" (S9E22).

The AK-47 is seen in the logo of the Livingston-Bradford Company in "Plain Sight" (S9E04).

The AKS-47 is used by various characters in the season.
AKS-74U
Some AKS-74Us are used by Vietnamese People's Army soldiers in "Can I Get a Witness?" (S9E06). Rio Syamsundin / Jeff Carol (Bobby Lee) uses it while masquerading as a VPA soldier with ex-Admiral Sterling Bridges (James Remar) during the Vietnam op in "Goodbye, Vietnam" (S9E16).
AKMSU
The AKSMU is occasionally seen with bad guys in the season.
AR-15 carbine
Custom AR-15 carbines are used throughout the season.
Colt M4A1
The Colt M4A1 is seen with various characters in the season.
Daniel Defense DDM4 MK18
A gunman is seen with a Daniel Defense DDM4 MK18 in "Venganza" (S9E22)
Colt M16A2
The Colt M16A2 is seen with corrupt Mexican Army soldiers in "Ninguna Salida" (S9E24).
Colt M933
The Colt Model 933 is seen with various characters in the season.
Enfield L85
The Enfield L85 is seen again in the OSP Armory in "Mounteback" (S9E05).
FNH SCAR 16S
The FNH SCAR 16S is seen in "Venganza" (S9E22) with an armed man.
Heckler & Koch G36C
Heckler & Koch G36Cs are seen with mercenaries in "Reentry" (S9E20).
Heckler & Koch HK416
A Heckler & Koch HK416 is used by a Secret Service Counter Assault Team element in "Se Murio El Payaso" (S9E02). It's also used by NCIS and other LE agencies as their main assault rifle.
Heckler & Koch M27 IAR
A crate full with Heckler & Koch M27 IAR in "Plain Sight" (S9E04).
SIG-Sauer MCX
The SIG-Sauer MCX is used by an armed gunman in "A Line in the Sand" (S9E23).
Battle Rifles
FNH SCAR 17S
The FNH SCAR 17S is seen being used by an armed man in "Berganza" (S9E22).

The genuine FN SCAR-H is seen being used by an armed man in "Venganza" (S9E22).

Several Benelli M1s are seen inside the OSP Armory in "Mounteback" (S9E05).
Over and Under Shotgun
Over and Under Shotguns are seen with visitors in "Plain Sight" (S9E04).
Remington 870
A Remington 870 with a short barrel is used in "Fool Me Twice" (S9E09) by an armed man during Joelle's kidnapping. Max "Champ" Champion (Lester Speight) uses it in "Outside the Lines" (S9E19).
Sniper Rifles
DRD Tactical M762
A DRD Tactical M762 is used by Byron Brown (Eddie George) in "Plain Sight" (S9E04) before Sam uses it.
Remington M24
A Remington M24 is used by a USSS CAT sniper in LA in "Se Murio El Payaso" (S9E02).
F&D Defense FD308
The F&D Defense FD308 is used by Kensi as her main sniper rifle, replacing her DPMS.
LaRue Tactical OBR 5.56
The LaRue Tactical OBR is used by a corrupt Mexican Army soldier in "Ninguna Salida" (S9E24).
Grenades
AN/M14 incendiary grenade
An AN/M14 incendiary grenade is seen in "Forasteira" (S9E10), used by Pietra Rey (Mariela Garriga).
"ALS" prop Flashbang
Some flashbang-type grenades are used in "The Silo" (S9E07) and "Ninguna Salida" (S9E24). These grenades appear to bear the logo of ALS Technologies (a real company which actually makes stun grenades), however they look nothing like any product in ALS's catalog. These are likely prop replicas.
Rocket Launchers
M136 AT4
The M136 AT4 is seen in "Forasteira" (S9E10), reported to be seized weapons from a Marine Corp armory.
M72 LAW
The M72 LAW is seen in "Ninguna Salida" (S9E24), used by a corrupt Mexican soldier to take out a SUV.
Grenade Launchers
DefTech 37mm launcher
The DefTech 37mm launcher is seen with Sam in "Ninguna Salida" (S9E24) to fire tear gas grenades.
Spike's Tactical Havoc Launcher
The Spike's Tactical Havoc Launcher is seen mounted on M4A1 carbine in "Ninguna Salida" (S9E24).
Others
Shotgun Rack
Various shotguns are on a rack in "Plain Sight" (S9E04).
