It also appears that Det. Lionel Fusco ([[Kevin Chapman]]) also carries this pistol instead of the Model 19 he carried in earlier episodes. NYPD cadets are seen using Glocks that fire paintballs in "Point of Origin" (S4E08). Some NYPD officers are seen with it in "If-Then-Else" (S4E11). Albert Weiss in "M.I.A." WARNING! THIS PAGE CONTAINS SPOILERS!
Pistols
SIG-Sauer P226R
In his new cover identity as an NYPD detective, John Reese (Jim Caviezel) is seen carrying his SIG-Sauer P226R in Season 4's premiere "Panopticon" (S4E01). He isn't seen using the pistol again until "Prophets" (S4E05).
SIG-Sauer P229R
In a continuity error, Root appears to pull out a SIG-Sauer P229R alongside a Smith & Wesson 3914 from behind her back near the end of "Prophets" (S4E05). The pistol later turns into a Smith & Wesson M&P Shield. Several of the Samaritan operatives are armed with the pistol in the episode. Brooks (Theodora Wooley) and Devon Grice (Nick Tarabay) are armed with the P229R as their main sidearm, first seen near the end of "Honor Among Thieves" (S4E07). This pistol also appears to be used by NYPD Internal Affairs officer Dani Silva (Adria Arjona) in "Point of Origin" (S4E08) as her main sidearm and by Martine (Cara Buono) in "The Devil You Know" (S4E09). In "Skip" (S4E18), Francesca “Frankie” Wells (Katheryn Winnick) is seen using a SIG-Sauer P229R. Control (Camryn Manheim) uses it throughout "Asylum" to execute pro-Samaritan moles.
American Tactical Imports FS9 Sport
Dominic (Winston Duke) uses this as his sidearm in "Asylum" he executes Link of being a double agent for Elias.
Beretta 92FS
The Beretta 92FS is seen with Floyd (Jessica Pimentel) throughout "Blunt" (S4E16).
Glock 17
The Glock 17 appears to be the handgun carried by Reese in several episodes, beginning in "Wingman" (S4E03). It also appears that Det. Lionel Fusco (Kevin Chapman) also carries this pistol instead of the Model 19 he carried in earlier episodes. NYPD cadets are seen using Glocks that fire paintballs in "Point of Origin" (S4E08). Some NYPD officers are seen with it in "If-Then-Else" (S4E11). Albert Weiss in "M.I.A." (S4E13) briefly seizes Fusco's sidearm before he gets gunned down. Claire Mahoney uses it after being recruited to Samaritan's forces, first seen in "Q&A" (S4E15). In reality, the Glock 19 is the only Glock approved for onduty carry by NYPD officers.
Glock 19
The Glock 19 continues to be carried by the majority of the NYPD officers in the series. Root appears to use the pistol in "Wingman" (S4E03). A disgrunted man uses a Glock 19 seized from a NYPD officer he gunned down in "Prophets".
Glock 26
Reese is seen holding a Glock 26 and tossing it to a suspect in "Prophets" (S4E05). In "Skip" (S4E18), Francesca “Frankie” Wells (Katheryn Winnick) is seen using a Glock 26 to put a hole in a wall and then tossing to the ground.
