In the arcade version, VSSE agents Keith Martin and Robert Baxter both use a Heckler & Koch Mark 23 Phase II Prototype pistol. Keith's Mk 23 is two-tone while Baxter's is not. According from Arcade version's website, VSSE adopt the Mk 23 Phase II Prototype as main sidearm and called "Special Handgun for VSSE Agents".
