The Art of Living in Odessa (Iskusstvo zhit v Odesse) is a 1989 Soviet crime movie directed by Georgi Yungvald-Khilkevich. The plot of the movie is based on books of Isaak Babel about Jewish criminals in city of Odessa before and after the Russian revolution.

Handguns
Nagant M1895
Nagant M1895 revolvers are seen in hands of various characters, including Benya Krik (Sergey Koltakov) and Sasha Borovoy (Andrey Sokolov).
Colt M1911A1
M1911A1 pistol is carried by Benya Krik (Sergey Koltakov) in pre-1917 scenes. Several of Benya Krik's henchmen are also seem with M1911 pistols. In the final scene Froim Grach (Aleksey Petrenko) holds an M1911.
Mauser C96
Several characters, including Vladislav Simen (Viktor Avilov), chief of Odessa Cheka, carry Mauser C96 pistols. Some of them are anachronistic M1930 version, identified by stepped barrel and position of lanyard ring.
Martini-Henry action Pistol
Monya Artillerist (Sergey Migitsko), Benya Krik's lieutenant, carries a Martini-Henry action single-shot pistol. Such guns were popular in Afghanistan and Pakistan, and the movie prop was supposedly a booty of Afghan war.
Rifles
Mosin Nagant M1891/30
Mosin Nagant M1891/30 rifles are carried by several Cheka agents and Red Army soldiers.

Lewis
A Lewis Machine Gun is briefly seen in one scene.
Degtyaryov DT (visually modified)
A Degtyaryov DT, visually modified to resemble Lewis Machine Gun, is used by Cheka agents in one scene.
