Timothy Hutton is an American actor who became the youngest recipient of the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor (at the age of 20) for his role in the 1980 Robert Redford-directed film Ordinary People. He later would have roles in such films as The General's Daughter, Taps and The Good Shepherd in addition to his role as Nathan Ford in the series Leverage. He is also the son of the late actor Jim Hutton.
