Samurai Edge
I think you might be right about the Samurai Edge in the other games being based on a 92G Elite II, but the one in the picture for Raccoon City doesn't have that "hump" in the slide or the extra front cocking serrations (in fact it looks like it has no serrations on the slide at all, in the picture). - The Samurai Edge is based on a standard 92F. The Brigadier slide and forward serrations were added as part of the customizations; see here and here--PistolJunkie 17:17, 25 February 2012 (CST)
