Luger P08
Throughout the film, Dmitri Vassilovich Orlowsky Franco Nero uses a Luger P08 as his sidearm. At the beginning of the film, Dmitri uses his Luger P08 to threaten members of a fake wedding. He would later use it in the military camp against the Mexican soldiers. On several occasions, he saves Max Lozoya's life with this handgun.

During the film's introduction, Dmitri Vassilovich Orlowsky uses his Luger P08 to threaten members of the fake wedding he and a companion organized.
Dmitri quickly takes out his Luger P08 to defend himself from the bandits who kidnapped him.
After his Smith & Wesson M&P runs out of ammunition, Dmitri conveniently finds a Luger P08 in the Mexican military camp.
After using his Luger P08 against the men cornering Max Lozoya in a well, Dmitri becomes concerned about the condition of his pistol and carefully inspects it after use.
Inmediatly after, Dmitri cleans his Luger P08 of possible gunpowder residue, demonstrating how sophisticated he can be even in tense situations.
After all, even though he is a scammer, he maintains a certain sophistication in contrast to all his victims or companions, who are savages.

The Colt 1851 Navy is briefly seen in a few scenes, a very antiquated and outmoded weapon for the film's 1910s setting.

One of the bounty hunters trying to capture Max Lozoya in the stable owner's office carries a Colt 1851 Navy.
One of the Mexican soldiers carries a Colt 1851 Navy when Mary O'Donnell frees Dmitri Vassilovich Orlowsky and Max Lozoya.

Colt Single Action Army
Some characters use a Colt Single Action Army with a 4.75" barrel (also known as the "Quick-Draw" model).

One of the bandits who kidnaps Dmitri Vassilovich Orlowsky at the beginning of the film points his Colt SAA at him.
One of the bounty hunters points his Colt SAA at Lozoya when the latter enters to negotiate the price of a horse.
While Lozoya tries to convince everyone that he is not the one they are looking for, one of the bounty hunters pulls out a Colt SAA.
Colt New Service
General Huerta (Eduardo Fajardo) uses a Colt New Service as his personal sidearm in some scenes. During the Battle of Santo Tomás, Mary O'Donnell takes his Colt New Service to tries to kill him.

Smith & Wesson Model 10
The Smith & Wesson Model 10 (M&P) is seen in the hands of several characters, most notably Dmitri Vassilovich Orlowsky (Franco Nero) and Max Lozoya (Eli Wallach), who use it as their secondary sidearms, the latter stands out for using a variant with a nickel-plated finish.

Once freed, Dmitri Vassilovich Orlowsky receives a Smith & Wesson Model 10 from Mary O'Donnell. Dmitri proves to be quite effective with this new handgun...
...but eventually his Smith & Wesson Model 10 runs out of ammunition.
Note that the Smith & Wesson Model 10 appears to have an ejector tube, making it look like a Colt SAA.

Hispano-Suiza MP43/44 (Mocked-up as a Machine Gun)
During the Mexican Army's battle against the revolutionaries, a Mexican soldier is seen using a fake machine gun that is actually a Hispano-Suiza MP43/44 (a Swiss copy made in Spain of the Suomi KP/-31) modified with a heat shield. Later Dmitri Vassilovich Orlowsky (Franco Nero) captures the fake machine gun.

Dominion Arms Double-Barreled Sawed-off Shotgun
Max Lozoya's (Eli Wallach) signature weapon is a Dominion Arms Double-Barreled Sawed-off Shotgun. By far, it is the most powerful weapon in the film, with the ability to kill several enemies with a single shot.
Dominion Arms Outlaw Sawed Off shotgun - 12 gauge
Knowing that he is an outlaw wanted in and around Mexico, Max Lozoya covers a Dominion Arms sawed-off shotgun with newspaper so he can carry a powerful weapon concealed.

Lozoya attempts to use a Dominions Arms sawed-off shotgun when he falls into the well.
Max Lozoya threatens the head of the police station to give him the reward money for Dmitri Vassilovich Orlowsky.

Colt Lightning Carbine
Sheriff Randall uses a Colt Lightning Carbine during his search for Russian conman Dmitri Vassilovich Orlowsky and the Mexican outlaw Max Lozoya.

Colt Lightning Carbine in his hands. He returns to Yuma to make a deal with Mary O'Donnell to free Max Lozoya.

During the climax of the film, Lozoya shoots at Sheriff Randall, but is unharmed thanks to his chest armor, which he was supposed to wear for health reasons.
Lozoya tries to shoot Randall again with one of the Mauser M43s that were in the coffin where he was hiding, but these were loaded with blanks. Dmitri informs Lozoya of this detail so that he stops making a fool of himself.
M43 Spanish Mauser
Throughout the film, both Mexican soldiers and Mexican revolutionaries use M43 Spanish Mauser rifles as the most used rifles. These rifles are anachronistic for the time of the Mexican Revolution and are likely standing in for more period-appropriate Mauser rifles extensively used during the conflict, like the Mauser Model 1895.

The Mexican soldier guarding the entrance to the police station tries to prevent the passage of Dmitri Vassilovich Orlowsky, Max Lozoya and Mary O'Donnell.
Once Dmitri Vassilovich Orlowsky enters the police station with his inseparable friends, he asks that Mary O'Donnell be imprisoned for being a person who can hardly be trusted. Later, he hands his Remington Rolling Block to Max Lozoya to hold it.

Machine Guns
Mendoza M1934 (Mocked-up as a Maxim MG08/15)
In the military camp where Dmitri and Lozoya are going to be executed by Mexican soldiers, a modified Mendoza M1934 is seen. This machine gun is an anachronism for the Mexican Revolution, but the weapon appears to be some kind of Maxim MG08/15 mock-up, which is more appropriate for the time.

Due to the chaos that Dmitri, Lozoya and O'Donnell are causing in the military camp, some soldiers are willing to use heavy weaponery against them...
...however, somehow, Lozoya manages to execute the three soldiers with a single shot from a rifle.
Maxim M1895 (Mocked-up as a Browning M1917)
During the festival of Santo Tomás, a group of soldiers set up a Maxim 1895 to protect the place and it is also used during the Mexican army's ambush on the revolutionaries' hideout. The Maxim 1895 seen in the film appear to be Browning M1917 mock-up, as the water jackets have brass caps typical of the latter.

Seeing the crowd arrive at Santo Tomás, the Mexican soldiers decide to let them enter to continue with their carnival, with the group of soldiers with the Maxim remain in position.
The same group does not take its eyes off the carnival, since it seems strange to them that many people have arrived in Santo Tomás without prior notice, this generates distrust among them until they finally realize that the revolutionaries have infiltrated via the crowd.
One of the armored vehicles that arrived in Santo Tomás to support the Mexican soldiers in their battle against the revolutionaries is fitted with a Maxim 1895 (or mock-up).
When Max Lozoya goes to receive all the weapons that were purchased with part of the money stolen from the Mexican Army in Santo Tomás, they are unexpectedly ambushed by the latter.
It is not known exactly how the soldiers were able to get that machine gun up there without the revolutionaries noticing.
Other
Sheriff's Office Gun Rack
When Mary O'Donnell (Lynn Redgrave) goes to the Yuma police station to bribe Sheriff Randall to free Max Lozoya (erroneously confused with El Salvador), a gun rack appears in the background with some handguns.
