Combined Systems, Inc. (CSI) is an American company (owned by Point Lookout Capital and the Carlye Group) founded in 1981 and mainly situated in Jamestown, Pennsylvania. It specializes in an assortment of non-lethal military and police equipment such as tear gas canisters, flash grenades, breaching munitions, and handcuffs. It is a major supplier of such products for the military and police of the United States, Israel and Egypt.
Company achieved some notoriety and controversy due to their tear gas equipment being used to disperse protests in several countries including (according to evidence collected by War Resisters League) Tunisia, Chile, Bolivia, Guatemala, Germany, Netherlands, India, East Timor, Hong Kong, Argentina, Thailand, Trinidad and Tobago, Cameroon, and Sierra Leone).
