Here I am in all my glory

File:Jeff.jpg
For those who are interested. I see other frequent posters have done vanity photos and I have made reference to my profession in the past. So yes I am a cop and this is me. Well almost. This photo was taken in December 2002. I'm a little more balder and a little heavier. But I'm also wiser and richer (ha!)

Robert Culp

Hi there.I hope I'm formatting this correctly I've never posted here before. I'm a big fan of Robert Culp and I'm curious about the part about him being a helicopter pilot. I'm part of the I Spy Fan community and most of the folks there are dedicated lifelong fans and no one over there has evey heard of him being a pilot. He never mentioned it in any of his interviews, such as his three hour archive interview. I was wondering where you got your information from? Not arguing, just want to increase our Culp knowledge base. Would dearly love any info you have. Also do you have any furher info on the skeet shooting competitions or guns that he had?.We only have one photo of the skeet shooting, no details about competion. As near as we can tell he owned the S&W from Trackdown and the rifles from Home to Judgement. But would love to know any other info about his collection. There's quite a bit of info available about his training, fast draw etc. from his Trackdown days but not much after. Thanks TVFAN

Hello there TVFAN and welcome. Click on your name. I created a page for you where I have responded to your query. Here on imfdb we respond to each other on our respective pages. Not a big deal. We're just a bunch of anal retentive types. LOL --Jcordell 15:09, 30 May 2011 (CDT)

DReifGalaxyM32

I think an infinite block is a little excessive, he's made some good edits before. Maybe reduce it to a week and see if he comes back any better? Evil Tim 13:08, 21 December 2011 (CST)

Bill Macy

I actually preferred it the old way. Before, the different spelling helped differentiate between this guy and William H. Macy, whom I've always heard referred to as Bill Macy. --Funkychinaman 17:46, 22 December 2011 (CST)

Gun Brand Page

Thanks for the feedback on the pages. I'm glad you like them. I having a bit of trouble coming up with some of the info for the older, less common guns. I'm mainly working from Wikipedia which is woefully lacking in information when it comes to Colts. Also, many of the individual pages for these guns are very poorly thrown together. Any information you can fill in would be great! I think S&W will be the LAST page I do... Happy holidays. --Zackmann08 16:34, 27 December 2011 (CST)

So finally got started on Smith & Wesson page. Please feel free to help out with any and all missing information! --Zackmann08 23:12, 4 January 2012 (CST)
I haven't added categories to the gun brand pages because I am waiting on Bunni to make the new category for them. They aren't actually guns thus they don't fall under the "gun" category. As for the S&W, you got me there. My bad. Thanks for fixing it. Ill watch for that in the future. --Zackmann08 10:51, 13 January 2012 (CST)

You did a killer job adding missing info to the Smith & Wesson page. Are you as knowledgeable about Taurus by any chance? :-) --Zackmann08 18:30, 19 January 2012 (CST)

re:Everybody Hates Chris

No there isn't. The page kept getting created and and the contents of the page were a different movie entirely. Got tired of deleting it for the millionth time. So left it up and protected it so we don't have to delete it anymore. Also thanks for cleaning up the In the Line of Duty: The FBI Murders page, people should really use the talk page. I haven't read much up on the actual shootout lately. But a few of the agents did carry Model 19s and 686s. They were probably still loaded with 38 Specials. --Predator20 10:56, 13 January 2012 (CST)

gun stuff

I actually carried those rounds in my S&W 442. (I traded it, it wasn't fun to shoot even with standard pressure ammo) Coincidently I traded a Glock 19 for a Model 60, haven't got to take it out yet. Figure the extra weight might make it easier to shoot compared to the 442. --Predator20 11:28, 13 January 2012 (CST)

Quigley Down Under

Some of the guns are infact anachronistic. The date on the movie's VHS box says "Australia, 1860". - User:1morey January 15, 2012 9:15 AM (EST)

Colt 1895 Automatic Machine Gun

Just out of curiosity, why did you undo the edit I did on this page (Colt 1895 Automatic Machine Gun)? I had made the Film, television and Animation categories Heading 3s, the way they are supposed to be formatted and you changed them back to Heading 2s... --Zackmann08 13:47, 28 January 2012 (CST)

Fair enough. I was told by multiple admins to follow the pattern set out by the M1911 pistol series and Beretta 92 pistol series pages. --Zackmann08 16:24, 28 January 2012 (CST)
Thanks. I figure it needs doing and I've got the time so I'm happy to help out. --Zackmann08 16:27, 28 January 2012 (CST)

Updating Pages

Thanks for the compliment. Nice to know that work is being noticed. :-) --Zackmann08 11:46, 7 February 2012 (CST)

S&W Airweights & Bodyguards

I'm noticing that there are a number of Smith & Wesson's that carry the name "Bodyguard" or "Airweight". Do you think it be worth creating a disambiguation page that list all of these? For example a page called Smith & Wesson Bodyguard and one called Smith & Wesson Airweight. Let me know your thoughts.

Well I will add it to my To-Do list and hit you up when i get it started. Thanks! --Zackmann08 23:25, 8 February 2012 (CST)

K38

I found a K-38 in inventory. Should I take a pic and include it into the Model 15 page? MoviePropMaster2008 00:24, 16 February 2012 (CST)

CSI NY

Hey man. If your looking for a project, I could use some help with CSI: NY - Season 7. Got a lot of guns that I can't identify. :-) --Zackmann08 14:10, 21 February 2012 (CST)

Martin Balsam

Can you unlock the Martin Balsam page? I have an entry to add. --Funkychinaman 00:55, 30 March 2012 (CDT)

Thanks! --Funkychinaman 08:23, 30 March 2012 (CDT)

Sorry. I forgot about it :)--Mateogala 04:47, 7 April 2012 (CDT)

Do you know this pistol?

Hi there, I was just wondering if you could do me a favour and let me know if you could identify below pistol?

It's not within the scope of this website (because I saw it on a book cover) but it's just been bugging me for a few weeks that I can't get a clear ID. Guess that's what happens when one spends some time on IMFDB hahaha

My first thought was a Walther P99 but this particular gun has a safety switch and an external hammer so I have two options; (1) some kind of Walther P99 version or (2) a blank gun based on the Walther P99.

Thanks in advance for your time and kind cooperation, --PeeWee055 10:20, 7 April 2012 (CDT)

I need you or another admins help, my other account was blocked wrongfully.

Hello, I was wondering if you could help me with an issue I am having. Admin "Evil Tim" blocked me for no reason thinking I was some guy named "Burt", which I am not, my name is Danny. I tryed to contact him about it on my blocked account "Glock17gen4", but it wouldnt let me so I'm forced to use this account I made. I tryed to contact him and I have no received a reply, I think he is ignoring the msg or something. I was wondering if you could help and unblock my other account, thanks.
