Jacques Ribaldi (Jean-Claude Dauphin), the criminal known as "Jacques the Notary", is armed with a compact revolver during the shootout in bar, though he is shot before having enough time to draw his weapon. The revolver looks similar to snub nose Smith & Wesson models but has a visually longer cylinder. During the breakout from the prison hospital, one of the criminals is armed with a similar snub nose revolver, and Gu ([[Daniel Auteuil]]) and another criminal acquire two revolvers that are different from the snub nose one (but that appear to be the same model as each other).
