The Matrix Revolutions is the third and final installment in The Matrix Trilogy. Once again directed by The Wachowskis, the 2003 sequel finds Neo (Keanu Reeves) finding his true destiny while the members of Zion defend themselves from a final assault from the Machines. This sequel was released a mere six months after The Matrix Reloaded.

The following weapons were seen in the film The Matrix Revolutions:

Pistols

Beretta 92FS Compact

As in The Matrix Reloaded, Trinity (Carrie-Anne Moss) carries a pair of Beretta 92FS Compact pistols in the third film. She notably uses them against the guards in the club when she confronts the Merovingian (Lambert Wilson).

Beretta 92FS Brigadier Two-Tone

One of the guards at the parking garage entrance to Club Hell packs a two tone Beretta 92FS Brigadier, noted by its thickened slide near the ejection port. He attempts to kill the protagonists with it when they demand entrance, only for Trinity (Carrie-Anne Moss) to end up killing him with his own weapon.

Trinity kills the guard with his own gun.

Beretta 92FS Brigadier Inox

Trinity (Carrie-Anne Moss) begins a standoff in Club Hell by disarming one of the guards of his Beretta 92FS Brigadier Inox and holding it to the Merovingian's head, demanding Neo (Keanu Reeves) be freed from the train station.

The "Club Hell" guard that wears the gas mask at the entrance to the club wields a pair of full-sized Beretta 92FS pistols. One of the guards inside the club can also be seen holding one on Seraph.

One of the Merovingian's (Lambert Wilson) guards uses a pair of Glock 17 pistols to shoot at the protagonists at the club entrance. One of the guards inside the club can also be seen holding a Glock 17 on Morpheus (Laurence Fishburne). The Glock is the third and final weapon to be used in all 3 films (Albeit, the one in Reloaded was an 18C)

Revolvers

Colt Detective Special

The Trainman (Bruce Spence) can be seen armed with a 1st generation Colt Detective Special in the film, an antiqued revolver out of place in the futuristic Matrix, but is able to fire infinite rounds without reloading, typical of a reality-bending Matrix program.

Submachine Guns

Heckler & Koch MP5K

Morpheus (Laurence Fishburne) uses a pair of Heckler & Koch MP5K's with the foregrips removed exposing the barrels therefore making them more like "machine pistols", as well as being fitted with M68 Aimpoint red dot scopes. This is yet another weapon seen in all three Matrix movies, albeit not in this exact configuration.

The Gun Check

When Trinity, Seraph, and Morpheus first exit the elevator on the club room floor, the guards are seen manning a station where it appears that patrons must check their guns in before entering. Most of the guns on the wall are difficult to see, but some can be made out.

Most of the handguns cannot be made out, but in the top right corner several Heckler & Koch MP5Ks and Heckler & Koch MP5A3s are seen, and right below them what could be a couple of Luger P08's with the barrel pointing upwards. In the top middle, what appears to be a Glock 18 with a 33 round magazine is visible.
On the bottom right appears to be some M4 type rifles.
