Maverick 88

Mossberg Maverick Model 88 - 12 Gauge

I was thinking, maybe this should be on the main page and not the discussion. It may look similar to the 500 or 590, but there are some big differences between the 88 and the 500/590. For, intance, the 88 has a traditional safety located between the pistol grip and trigger guard, instead of on the top. It also has a plain flat top on the receiver, with bo holes drilled in it for mounting a scope. Does anyone agree? --FirearmFanatic 13:22, 16 April 2010 (UTC)

- I guess so, because it's now on the main page. I guess perhaps this section could be deleted then? StanTheMan 23:19, 4 October 2010 (UTC)

Crap

In trying to upload a picture of a Mossberg Cruiser with foregrip I accidentally cocked up what uploaded picture was which and unintentionally replaced a couple of pictures. I clicked upload before I noticed that filenames for those already existed. Is there any means of salvaging this? I'm really sorry. - Kooshmeister

You just have to revert to the previous version of the image. I just did this. It's no big deal. -MT2008 14:39, 16 April 2010 (UTC)

The wood foregrip of early models is very rare and highly sought after.
