RoboCop ([[Joel Kinnaman]]) carries a customized pistol, which Mattox ([[Jackie Earle Haley]]), OmniCorp armorer and RoboCop's trainer, called the "TSR 66", as his main sidearm in the film. The pistol is a Beretta with a custom shell that was created using a 3D printer. In addition to regular ammunition, this weapon also fires a smaller scale version of the XREP cartridge made by Taser International, with both standard (non lethal, as the real model) 50,000 Volt and 200,000 Volt lethal settings.

This firearm is likely chosen because it is referenced in the film that a '.50 caliber' weapon could kill RoboCop, and the Desert Eagle does have a .50 caliber chambering, a showing of some firearms knowledge and attention to detail on the part of the filmmakers.

RoboCop ([[Joel Kinnaman]]) uses a [[Heckler & Koch MP7A1]] when storming the hideout of arms dealer Antoine Vallon.
+
RoboCop ([[Joel Kinnaman]]) notably uses a [[Heckler & Koch MP7A1]] when storming the hideout of arms dealer Antoine Vallon. This is a continuity error as RoboCop started out using his 'M2 Battle Rifle' which suddenly switches to the MP7 in the next shot. This error is also continued in the sequence, when the shots jump between RoboCop being seen using the M2 Battle Rifle in his POV while still using the MP7 in the scene (See 'Special' section below).

RoboCop ([[Joel Kinnaman]]) uses a customized MG in the film as his main firearm. Mattox ([[Jackie Earle Haley]]), OmniCorp armorer and RoboCop's trainer in the movie, identifies the weapon as a "M2 Battle Rifle" and is chambered for the .50 Beowulf caliber. The weapon has a custom shell like the TSR 66 pistol and lacks a trigger guard.

RoboCop ([[Joel Kinnaman]]) uses a customized rifle in the film as his main firearm. Mattox ([[Jackie Earle Haley]]), OmniCorp armorer and RoboCop's trainer in the movie, identifies the weapon as a "Modified M2 Battle Rifle" and says it is chambered for the .50 Beowulf caliber. Based on the trigger, the weapon seems to have been (like the TSR 66) based on a Beretta pistol with a custom shell and its trigger guard removed.

RoboCop is the 2014 remake of the 1987 film of the same name. The film stars Joel Kinnaman as Alex Murphy, a Detroit police officer who is critically injured in the line of duty and subsequently is given new life by OmniCorp, a multinational conglomerate, as the cybernetic police officer RoboCop. The film was directed by José Padilha (Elite Squad) and co-stars Samuel L. Jackson, Michael Keaton, and Gary Oldman.

The following weapons were used in the film RoboCop (2014):

SPOILERS.jpg WARNING! THIS PAGE CONTAINS SPOILERS!

Handguns

"TSR 66" (RoboCop Pistol)

RoboCop (Joel Kinnaman) carries a customized taser pistol, which Mattox (Jackie Earle Haley), OmniCorp armorer and RoboCop's trainer, refers to as the "TSR 66" (though marketing for the film identified it as the "NI-408"), as his main sidearm in the film. The pistol is a Beretta with a custom shell that was created using a 3D printer. The weapon fires a smaller scale version of the XREP cartridge made by Taser International, with both standard (less lethal, as the real model) 50,000 Volt and 200,000 Volt lethal settings.

Beretta Px4 Storm

Detective Alex Murphy (Joel Kinnaman) uses a Beretta Px4 Storm with extended/threaded barrel as his sidearm before he becomes RoboCop.

Beretta Px4 Storm Inox

Murphy's partner Jack Lewis (Michael K. Williams) uses a Beretta Px4 Storm Inox as his sidearm. The weapon, initially carried in standard form, is later seen with an attached laser aiming device.

Smith & Wesson M&P

Mattox (Jackie Earle Haley), OmniCorp armorer and RoboCop's trainer, briefly uses a Smith & Wesson M&P in the film. The gun is fitted with a custom barrel weight that houses a laser.

Magnum Research Desert Eagle Mark XIX

Corrupt Detective Andre Daniels (K.C. Collins) surreptitiously draws a chrome/nickel Desert Eagle Mark XIX when he encounters RoboCop. This firearm is likely chosen because it is referenced in the film that a '.50 caliber' weapon could kill RoboCop, and the Desert Eagle does have a .50 caliber chambering, a showing of some firearms knowledge and attention to detail on the part of the filmmakers. Another blue-steel Desert Eagle is briefly glimpsed in the film.

Glock 17

OmniCorp guards uses Glock 17 as their standard sidearms. Raymond Sellars (Michael Keaton) aims and uses a Glock given by a guard at RoboCop during the finale. Another is briefly used by one of Vallon's gunmen during their shootout with Murphy and Lewis.

Ruger KP89

A low-level arms dealer that Murphy and Lewis deal with near the beginning of the film carries a Ruger KP89. Murphy disarms him of the weapon and holds it on him during a brief confrontation. The criminal is seen again with the Ruger later in the film.

Submachine Guns

Heckler & Koch MP7A1

RoboCop (Joel Kinnaman) notably uses a Heckler & Koch MP7A1 when storming the hideout of arms dealer Antoine Vallon.

Rifles / Carbines

"M2 Battle Rifle"

RoboCop (Joel Kinnaman) uses a customized rifle in the film as his main firearm. Mattox (Jackie Earle Haley), OmniCorp armorer and RoboCop's trainer in the movie, identifies the weapon as a "Modified M2 Battle Rifle" and says it is chambered for the .50 Beowulf caliber. Based on the trigger, the weapon seems to have been (like the TSR 66) based on a Beretta pistol with a custom shell and its trigger guard removed.

Mattox Rifle

Mattox (Jackie Earle Haley) is seen armed with a custom rifle during a live-fire training exercise, ID'd in RoboCop's POV as a 'Pulse Rifle'. When the rifle is seen being fired, what appear to be 5.56 casings are seen expended. Other images show that the rifle appears to have a forward assist of what is likely either an M4A1 or Colt Model 933.

Launchers

Iranian insurgents use M203 grenade launchers mounted on Knights Armament Co. stand alone platforms. In a continuity error, Antoine Vallon (Patrick Garrow) also uses a M203 when confronting RoboCop.
