When Ben (John Ritter) tries to shot Martin Beck (Michael Richards), he uses the Single Action Army revolver, but it was just a fake gun, that "fires" a flag, not a bullet.

Police carries the unknown revolvers. Martin Beck (Michael Richards) captures one, but immediately was disarmed.
