Next of Kin is a 1989 action thriller starring Patrick Swayze as a police officer who returns to his Appalachian roots when one of his brothers is killed by the members of the Mob. The film's cast includes Liam Neeson, Adam Baldwin, Bill Paxton, and Helen Hunt.
