Suppressed Beretta Px4 Storm pistols are seen by assassins disguised as US Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) inspectors in the series premiere "Gone Fission" (S1E01). The suppressed pistol is later in the episode seen in the hands of NCIS Special Agent DeShawn Jackson (Sean Sagar) .

A suppressed SIG-Sauer P226 is used by an assassin disguised as a NAVSEA inspector in "Gone Fission" (S1E01). A regular one is used by DeShawn as his sidearm on his Australian deployment after being cleared by Canberra to do so from "Brothers in Arms".

A suppressed SIG-Sauer P228 pistol is used by an assassin disguised as a NAVSEA inspector in "Gone Fission" (S1E01).

A Walther TPH is seen with Evie as her backup sidearm in case she can't use her Glock.
