The SIG-Sauer P228 is the main sidearm of nearly all the NCIS agents who work out of the New Orleans office including Dwayne "King" Cassius Pride (Scott Bakula) and Christopher Lasalle (Lucas Black).
Glock 26
Special Agent Meredity Brody (Zoe McLellan) carries a Glock 26 as her sidearm beginning in the series premiere "Musician Heal Thyself" (S1E01).
Glock 17
A university officer named Mike Barton (Hunter Burke) is seen with a Glock 17 in "The Recruits" (S1E04).
