The following weapons were used in Season 6 of the television series NCIS: Los Angeles:
Pistols
SIG-Sauer P229 E2
The majority of the NCIS agents including G. Callen (Chris O'Donnell), Sam Hanna (L.L. Cool J), Kensi Blye (Daniela Ruah) and Assistant Director Owen Granger (Miguel Ferrer) continue to carry the new model SIG-Sauer P229 E2 with the redesigned slide and new grips. Various characters also use the P229 throughout the season.
Smith & Wesson 910
LAPD Detective Marty Deeks (Eric Christian Olsen) continues to use a Smith & Wesson 910 throughout the season.
Smith & Wesson 5944
A Smith & Wesson 5944 ends up in the hands of rogue NCIS analyst Carl Brown near the end of "Traitor" after he forces Deeks to surrender it. G and Sam use it while stopping a terrorist attack near the end of "Black Wind" due to their presence in Mexico.
Beretta 92FS
The Beretta 92FS is used by various characters in the series.
Colt XSE
A stainless Colt XSE with a mounted silencer is seen in the front passenger seat of a sedan at the end of "Inelegant Heart" (S6E02).
CAA Tactical RONI-G1
A CAA Tactical RONI-G1 is used by Billy Rex near the end of "Humbug" (S6E11).
Crossman 2240 CO2 Pistol
Crossman 2240 CO2 Pistols are seen used by ISIS terrorists in an ambush in "Forest of the Trees" (S6E15), being loaded with tranq darts.
Glock 17
The Glock 17 is used by various characters in the series.
Glock 19
Mattias Draeger (Jürgen Prochnow) uses a Glock 19 as his main sidearm throughout "The Third Choir" (S6E04). It's used by some of the arms dealers in Tijuana, Mexico in "Black Budget" (S6E05). The Glock 17 in the hands of Granger in "The Grey Man" changes to a Glock 19 in a slight bit of continuity error. Billy Rex uses one at the start of "Humbug" (S6E11) before he gives himself up to LAPD officers. A few Celtic Militia terrorists use them in "Spiral". Jamal Nezi (Jaylen Moore) uses one near the end of "Forest for the Trees" (S6E15). Jemaah Islamiyah terrorist Malee Vipada (Michelle Ang) uses one after her JI status is uncovered by NCIS near the end of "Blaze of Glory". One is used by a corrupt prison guard Charles Turner in "Kolchek, A." (S6E23).
Glock 26
The Glock 26 serves as the main sidearm of NCIS Intelligence Analyst Nell Jones (Renée Felice Smith) and NCIS Office of Special Projects Operations Manager Hetty Lange (Linda Hunt). One was used by Afghan National Army soldier Kamal Pajman (Dominic Adams) near the end of "Savoir Faire" (S6E17).
IMI Desert Eagle
An IMI Desert Eagle is used by a Celtic Militia terrorist named Crom in "Spiral" (S6E12).
Makarov PM
A Makarov PM is used by Kensi in Russia as part of a black ops mission in the middle of "Chernoff, K" (S6E24).
Rohrbaugh R9
A Rohrbaugh R9 was used by a ex-Indian Army Gurkha mercenary near the end of "Expiration Date".
Tokarev TT-33
Tokarev TT-33s are used by G and Sam when they investigate a deserted warehouse in "Chernoff, K." (S6E24).

What appears to be a Smith & Wesson Model 36 is used by a Polites tin Katapolemisi tis terrorist named Frank Kouris (Alex Carter) in "Leipei" (S6E07).

Cobray M11/9s are used by arms dealers throughout "Black Budget" (S6E05), at times with or without silencers. The ASA uses it as their main weapon throughout "Rage".

A Sa. Vz.61 Skorpion is seen in the briefcase of an Al-Tunis Brigade in Los Angeles in the middle of "In the Line of Duty".

AKMs are seen in a fake jihadi flag in "Spiral".

An abandoned gunbox full of AKMS assault rifles are seen near the end of "Inelegant Heart" (S6E02). Al-Tunis Brigade terrorists use them throughout "In The Line of Duty" (S6E13). Private security contractors are seen with them in the middle of "Black Wind" (S6E14). A couple of ISIS terrorists use them near the end of "Forest for the Trees" (S6E15).

What appears to be a shortened AKMS is used by an Al-Tunis Brigade terrorist at the start of "In The Line of Duty" (S6E13).

The DPMS TAC20 returns to the season as Kensi's personal sniper rifle, seen near the end of "Field of Fire".
Remington M40A5
A Remington M40A5 is seen in a USMC photo of Marine Gunnery Sergeant Rutnam at the start of "Field of Fire".
Remington 700PSS
A Remington 700PSS is used by an ex-Indian Army Gurkha turned mercenary in the middle of "Expiration Date". FBI agents use them near the end of "Fighting Shadows" to take down the driver of a truck loaded with explosives.
Grenades
M18 grenade
A M18 smoke grenade was used in "Forest for the Trees" (S6E15) to ambush G and Sam. The episode mentions that it was taken from a National Guard truck during a robbery.
M26 grenade
Mattias uses a M26 grenade in "The Third Choir" (S6E04) when he rigs the body of a gangster as part of a trap. A few are found in Ray Turner's armory in "Seal Hunter" (S6E06).
Flashbang
A flashbang of unknown make was used in an ISIS ambush to abduct G and Sam at the start of "Forest for the Trees".
