The majority of the NCIS agents including G. Callen (Chris O'Donnell), Sam Hanna (L.L. Cool J), and Kensi Blye (Daniela Ruah) now carry as their sidearm the new model SIG-Sauer P229 with the redesigned slide and new grips.

Beretta 92FS

A Beretta 92FS is used in Season 4's premiere "Endgame" (S4E01).

The 92FS is used by undercover NCIS agents disguised as LAPD officers in a flashback from Season 3's Sans Voir" (S3E23).

Glock 17

An Atama Security contractor engages G and Sam with a Glock 17 in "Recruit" (S4E02).

The Smith & Wesson 5944 continues to be the sidearm of LAPD Detective Marty Deeks (Eric Christian Olsen).

Kensi is armed with a Heckler & Koch MP5K-PDW when she detains Adanan Al-Ahmadi in Dubai in "Recruit" (S4E02).

IMI Uzi

A VEVAK agent uses an IMI Uzi in "Endgame" (S4E01).
