Missing in Action 2: The Beginning (1985)

Missing in Action 2: The Beginning is the 1985 prequel to Missing in Action. Set during the Vietnam War, the film follows Col. Braddock (Chuck Norris) and other US soldiers as they attempt to devise a way to escape from their NVA prison camp.

The following weapons were used in the film Missing in Action 2: The Beginning:

Rifles

M16 (SP1)

Most of the American troops seen at the film's beginning use the M16 (SP1) rifle noted by its "slab-side" receiver including Col. James Braddock (Chuck Norris). Colonel Yin (Soon-Tek Oh) and several of the POW camp guards are also armed with the rifle.

During the film's opening, Col. James Braddock (Chuck Norris) provides cover with the M16 rifle.
Opelka (Joe Michael Terry) also is seen using an M16 rifle.
Colonel Yin (Soon-Tek Oh) fires the rifle. The "slab-side" receiver indicates that this is an SP1.

Norinco Type 56

The Type 56 Norinco is used by both NVA forces and prison camp guards.

AK-47

Some of the rifles carried by the prison camp guards appear to be a AK-47s.

Uzi

The Uzi is first seen in the hands of smugglers that visit the camp. It's then used by Braddock during the escape attempt. Since the film appears to take place in early 1970's, the submachine gun would be not anachronistic.
