Pistols

Smith & Wesson M&P

The Smith & Wesson M&Ps is the standard sidearm carried by S.H.I.E.L.D. agents throughout the season.

Glock 19

One of the henchman that Ward fights during his mission to Paris in the pilot (S01E01) is armed with a Glock 19.

S.H.I.E.L.D. guards and LAPD police officers can be seen with Glock 17s throughout the season.

Glock 19C

Melinda May (Ming-Na Wen) uses a Glock 19C taken from a disarmed PMP soldier in "0-8-4" (S01E02).

Colt M1911A1

Melinda May (Ming-Na Wen) can be seen with a Colt M1911A1, taken from a disarmed Peruvian Army Military Police soldier in "0-8-4". Most of the PMP soldiers also use the M1911A1 as their main sidearm.

Colt MK IV Series 80

Camilla Reyes (Leonor Varela) uses a nickel plated Colt MK IV Series 80 with pearl grips as her main sidearm in "0-8-4" (S01E02).

IMI Jericho 941 R

Ian Quinn (David Conrad) aims a stainless steel Jericho 941 R at Skye in his Maltese estate in "The Asset" (S01E03). Skye (Chloe Bennet) later seizes it from him in the same episode.

Swedish police officers in "Eye Spy" (S01E04) can be seen with unidentified holstered pistols.

Smith & Wesson 910

Skye (Chloe Bennet) uses a Smith & Wesson 910 in "Eye Spy" (S01E04).

Note that the frame lacks a double stack step. This step is omitted on the "budget" models such as the 910 to save on machining costs. Also note the Novak-type rear sight which distinguished it from the earlier 915 model.

Smith & Wesson 5906 (mocked up as a Metal Storm VLE)

A Smith & Wesson 5906 mocked up as a Metal Storm VLE can be seen in Agent Coulson's S.H.I.E.L.D. memorabilia collection in "Eye Spy" (S01E04). The weapon consists of a late model 5906 frame fitted with four fake barrels.

SIG-Sauer P225

Akela Amador (Pascale Armand) uses a SIG-Sauer P225 in "Eye Spy" (S01E04).

It appears that the slide and frame are correctly made from different materials (the slide is steel whilst the frame is alloy), however the magazine appears to be a double stack. However, the square trigger guard confirms that it is actually a single stack P225.

Browning Hi-Power

Belarusian security guards "Eye Spy" (S01E04) use Browning Hi-Powers, one of which is taken by Agent Ward (Brett Dalton).

Submachine Guns

Heckler & Koch MP7A1

Armed mercenaries use Heckler & Koch MP7A1s in "The Asset" (S01E03) after staging an ambush on an undercover S.H.I.E.L.D. transport convoy.

When the mercenaries are inside the truck their MP7s are not loaded, even though in the previous scene they were fitted with 40 round magazines.
The guards at Ian Quinn's Maltese estate also carry MP7A1s.

Shotguns

Mossberg 500

An assassin dressed as a LAPD police officer in the pilot (S01E01) uses a Mossberg 500 during the Union Station shootout.

Coach Gun

Todd Chesterfield (Scott Subiono) carries a Coach Gun in "The Asset" (S01E03).

Assault Rifles

M4A1

Several S.H.I.E.L.D. guards can be seen with M4A1s in the pilot (S01E01).

The S.H.I.E.L.D. agents who take Akela Amador into custody in "Eye Spy" (S01E04) carry M4A1s fitted with EOTech XPS2 holographic sights and G23 magnifiers.

M16A1

A Colt M16A1 can be spotted in a weapons crate when the PMP soldiers unload their weapons in "0-8-4" (S01E02), despite the fact that previously none of the soldiers were carrying one.

M16A1 with A2 handguards

The majority of the PMP soldiers are armed with Colt M16A1s fitted with A2 handguards in "0-8-4" (S01E02).

Note that the rifle is fitted with a forward assist, but lacks the brass deflector which would be found on a genuine M16A2 (S01E02).

M16A2

At least one of the PMP soldiers in "0-8-4" (S01E02) is armed with a genuine Colt M16A2.

At least one of the PMP soldiers in "0-8-4" (S01E02) is armed with a Colt M16A4.

MGC M-16

At least one of the PMP soldiers in "0-8-4" (S01E02) is armed with a MGC M-16 replica fitted with an A2 handguard.

The rifle in the middle can be identified as an MGC replica by the design of the fake "forward assist" (S01E02).

AKMS

Sniper Rifles

Nemesis Arms Vanquish

Grant (Brett Dalton) uses a Nemesis Arms Vanquish fitted with a Falcon Premier telescopic sight, bipod, suppressor and railed handguard in the pilot (S01E01).

Other Weapons

"Night-Night Gun"

A fictional prototype sniper rifle known as the "Night-Night Gun" designed by Leo Fitz is used by Grant Ward near the end of the pilot (S01E01) in order to knock out Mike Petersen. It is a tranquillizer rifle which works by firing a small caliber projectile at high velocity which breaks up immediately after penetrating the first layer of skin, releasing a payload of 0.1 micro litre of a paralytic toxin.

Blue Guns Smith & Wesson M&P Compact

Whilst training in "The Assett" (S01E03) both Ward and Skye can be seen with a Blue Guns Smith & Wesson M&P Compact, a polymer replica of the Smith & Wesson M&P Compact which is used for training purposes.

"Night-Night Pistol"

A pistol version of the full-size "Nigh-Night Gun" appears in "Eye Spy" (S01E04).

Orion Flare Gun

An Orion Flare Gun dressed up with cosmetic parts can be seen in Agent Coulson's S.H.I.E.L.D. memorabilia collection in "Eye Spy" (S01E04).
