Halloween Kills is a 2021 American slasher film and the direct sequel to the 2018 reboot film. Jamie Lee Curtis returns as Laurie Strode, who again must confront her nemesis, Michael Myers. The cast includes Anthony Michael Hall and Kyle Richards as well as returning cast members Andi Matichak and Judy Greer. The film once again was directed by David Gordon Green, who co-wrote the screenplay with Danny McBride and John Carpenter returns as executive producer. The film premiered in theaters as well as on the streaming service Peacock on October 15, 2021, and Halloween Ends, the third feature in the trilogy, was released to theaters on October 14, 2022.
