A Militia soldier named Willy ([[Noel Fisher]]) uses a [[Beretta 92A1]] as his sidearm in "Eye of the Beholder" (S3E01). Almost the whole time, the gun is only visible in a holster, and Willy only pulls it out once, executing a prisoner. In Season 3's finale "Sleigh Ride" (S3E16), a Proctor member holds a Beretta 92A1 before it is taken by Daniel Salazar ([[Rubén Blades]]).
