Family Happiness (Semeynoe schastye) is a 1969 Soviet comedy movie based on several short stories by Anton Chekhov. It depicts various tragicomical situations in life of several families in late 19th century Russia.

Handguns

Nagant M1895 Revolver

A bright, presumably nickel plated Nagant M1895 revolver is held by Ivan Shupaltsev (Nikolay Burlyaev) as he contemplates suicide. Another bright Nagant revolver (it must be the same movie prop) is seen in the gun store when Fyodor Sigayev (Andrey Mironov) decides to purchase a gun.

Smith & Wesson New Model No.3

What appears to be a nickel plated Smith & Wesson New Model No.3 with pearl grips is seen in the gun shop. Supposedly it is a Spanish or Belgian copy in .38 caliber. It seems be the same weapon that appears in other Mosfilm productions, like Shvedskaya spichka, Zemlya Sannikova and Zhestokiy romans..

A pearl grip is seen when Sigayev (Andrey Mironov) hides the revolver behind his back.

Sigayev holds the revolver. The revolver lacks firing pin.

Flintlock Pistol

A flintlock pistol is seen in gun store. Due to the general crude outlook, the pistol is possibly a mockup with fake flint lock.
