Nice, but where's the trigger?

This article or section is incomplete. You can help IMFDB by expanding it.

Pistols

Luger P08

The Nazi-like Kaled Scientific Elite in Genesis of the Daleks employ Luger P08 handguns, notably Security Commander Nyder (Peter Miles) and General Ravon (Guy Siner). Harry Sullivan (Ian Marter) appropriates Ravon's Luger and uses it for a brief while.

Harry holds Ravon's Luger on him after the Doctor uses a riding crop to knock it out of Ravon's hand and into Harry's.
Harry keeps the Luger pressed into Ravon's back.

Mannlicher Model 1905

In Genesis of the Daleks, Kaled scientist Ronson (James Garbutt) carries what appears to be a Mannlicher Model 1905 as his personal sidearm when he helps the Doctor (Tom Baker) and Harry Sullivan (Ian Marter) escape from Davros' base.

Webley Mk VI

The Webley Mk VI is another handgun seen used by the Kaled Scientific Elite in Genesis of the Daleks. Security Commander Nyder (Peter Miles) has one as his personal sidearm in the final episodes of the serial, but hands it over to the dissenters led by Gharman (Dennis Chinnery).

The guard on the left (Alan Chuntz) brings his Webley up in response to Gharman appearing armed with a Sten.
Nyder confers with Davros, his Webley in hand as Davros instructs him to "surrender."
The scientist second from the left holds a Webley: either Nyder's surrendered one or the one taken off of the guard above.

M1911

Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart (Nicholas Courtney) carries an M1911 as his sidearm in numerous episodes. Thal soldier Bettan (Harriet Philpin) can be seen with an M1911 style handgun in Genesis of the Daleks. Presumably this is also the primary sidearm of the Thal army. She carries it throughout the latter part of the serial.

SIG P210

In The Seeds of Doom, Scorby (John Challis) carries what appears to be a SIG P210 as his primary sidearm. He uses it throughout the serial and it even briefly winds up in the hands of the Doctor (Tom Baker) before being reclaimed by Scorby, although the Doctor never uses it.

Whilst hiding from Chase's guards, Sarah reminds the Doctor he'd never actually use the gun. "They don't know that," he replies.

Walther PPK

In The Seeds of Doom, Scorby (John Challis) keeps a Walther PPK as his backup pistol in the antarctic base. He gives it to Arnold Keeler (Mark Jones). Later in the serial, Chase's chauffeur (Alan Chuntz) pulls a Walther on the Doctor and Sarah Jane Smith. Section Leader Elizabeth Shaw (Caroline John) also pulls one on the Third Doctor (Jon Pertwee) when he first arrives in the alternate universe in Inferno.

Chase's chauffeur turns around and holds his PPK on the Doctor and Sarah in the backseat of the Daimler.
The chauffeur fires after the Doctor and Sarah after being knocked into the mud.

Browning Hi-Power

In The Green Death, Stevens' chauffeur Hinks (Ben Howard) carries a Browning Hi-Power. In The Seeds of Doom, Richard Dunbar (Kenneth Gilbert) carries what appears to be a Hi-Power with him when he infiltrates Chase's mansion and encounters the Krynoid.

Classic Commercial Browning Hi-Power (Belgian Mfg) - 9x19mm
"Gonna have a go? Terrific." A sarcastic Hinks holds the Doctor (Jon Pertwee) at gunpoint prior to being disarmed by Venusian Aikido in The Green Death.
Dunbar fires at the Krynoid in The Seeds of Doom.
Dunbar realizes his Hi-Power has no effect on the monster.

Walther P38

In the serial City of Death, the Walther P38 is the primary firearm used by almost every single gun-wielding character. Detective Duggan (Tom Chadbon) holds one on the Doctor, thugs in the employ of Count Scarlioni (Julian Glover) including Scarlioni butler Hermann (Kevin Flood) and ultimately Scarlioni himself, all use P38's. The P38 also appears in the Jon Pertwee-era serial Inferno as the sidearm of the Brigade Leader (Nicholas Courtney) in the alternate universe. It is also picked up and used by Director Stahlman (Olaf Pooley).

The Brigade Leader pulls his Walther P38 on the Doctor when he won't take him and the others with him.
"You know, I think something very funny's going on. You remember that man that was following us? ... Well, he's standing behind me, poking a gun in my back."
"What bracelet?" The Doctor is held at gunpoint by Scarlioni's thugs, sent to retrieve his wife's bracelet which the Doctor stole.
The Doctor returns the bracelet... by hanging it on the barrel of a thug's P38.
The Doctor is held at gunpoint by a P38-wielding thug inside Scarlioni's mansion.
Scarlioni, unmasked the Jagaroth alien Scaroth, prepares to go back in time, armed with a P38 to prevent the Doctor from interfering.

Smith & Wesson 4th Model

After learning her husband is actually the alien Scaroth, Countess Scarlioni (Catherine Schell) pulls what seems to be a pearl-handled Smith & Wesson 4th Model pistol on him.

Submachine Guns

Sten Mk I*

The Kaled Scientific Elite and their soldiers in Genesis of the Daleks use black Sten Mk I* submachine guns.

Harry Sullivan (Ian Marter), disguised as a Kaled soldier, surprises the guard escorting the captured Doctor.
Gharman (Dennis Chinnery), Kavell (Tom Georgeson) and other dissenting Kaled Scientific Elite confront Davros armed with Stens.

IMI Uzi

In The Seeds of Doom the guards at Harrison Chase's country estate all carry Uzis with shoulder straps and the stocks extended. Scorby (John Challis) also carries one in some scenes. In Silver Nemesis, the Neo-Nazis led by De Flores (Anton Diffring) also carry Uzis (ironic, given the gun's Israeli origins), particularly Karl (Metin Yenal). Their Uzis are fitted with vertical foregrips.

Scorby, his Uzi in hand, activates Chase's compost grinder, intending to put the Doctor in it.

Sterling SMG

UNIT Soldiers are armed with Sterling SMGs in multiple episodes, such as Robot and Invasion of the Dinosaurs. A Sterling is also seen briefly in the hands of a Kaled soldier in Genesis of the Daleks.

Rifles and Shotguns

L1A1 SLR

In The Seeds of Doom, an L1A1 SLR is used by the scientists at the antarctic base, but is sabotaged by Scorby. UNIT soldiers carry SLRs as their primary firearms on multiple occasions such as in The Seeds of Doom and Terror of the Zygons.

A UNIT soldier fires at giant maggots in The Green Death with his SLR.
John Stevenson (Hubert Rees) points his SLR at Scorby in The Seeds of Doom.
The rifle fails to fire because Scorby earlier removed the gun's firing pin. Note the folding charging handle, indicating this is an SLR rather than a regular FAL.

Double Barreled Shotgun

The Global Chemicals guards in The Green Death carry standard shotguns as their main weapons.

A brainwashed guard (Terry Walsh) refuses to admit the Brigadier (Nicholas Courtney).
The Doctor (Jon Pertwee) is able to get past the armed guard when B.O.S.S., the computer controlling Global Chemicals, temporarily "shuts down" all the employees.
The guard is still holding his shotgun even as he begins to be released from the computer's mind control when the Doctor comes running out later.

Fictional Firearms

UNIT Laser Gun

During their attack on Chase's mansion in The Seeds of Doom, UNIT soldiers employ an experimental "laser" weapon against the giant Krynoid to no noticeable effect.
