Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders is the second television spinoff of the series Criminal Minds. The series stars Gary Sinise as the chief of the FBI's International Response Team, a special unit that travels around the globe helping to solve cases that involve American citizens in foreign lands. The spinoff's characters were introduced in a Season 10 episode of Criminal Minds. Beyond Borders premiered in the US on CBS in March of 2016 and the cast includes Daniel Henney, Alana de la Garza and Tyler James Williams. The series aired for two seasons until 2017 and Daniel Henney would eventually join the cast of the original Criminal Minds.
