Battlefield: Bad Company is the sequel to "Battlefield: Bad Company". B:BC 2 uses the newest game engine called "Frostbite Engine", and it enables players to destroy any objects in the map (almost 90%). This game is scheduled to release in U.S during the first week of March (official release date is 3/2/10) and a pre-order package comes with hidden weapons, like the M1928 Submachine Gun or M1911A1 Pistol.

Colt M1911A1 Semi-Automatic Pistol is the hidden weapon for players who bought pre-order Battlefield: Bad Company 2. It has highest damage among with other pistols(except MP412 with .357 Magnum). Labelled "WWII M1911 .45" in-game.

Identified as "M93R Burst" in-game in the Demo's weapons screen.
Tracer Dart Gun
Tracer Dart Gun is non-lethal weapon used by both Russian and American force. It has capabilities for engineer's anti-tank weapons turning into guided rocket launcher(or missile). It can be unlocked if users buy pre-order package, but it also can be unlocked in Multiplayer.

M14 EBR(Enhanced Battle Rifle) is unlockable weapon in multiplayer. It is called "M14 Mod 0 Enhanced" in the game.
Assault Rifles
Most Assault Rifles in Bad Company 2 can be equipped with 40mm grenade launchers, "40mm Smoke Launchers", and "40mm Shotguns".
9A-91
9A-91 is standard weapon for Russian Engineer class. It comes with silencer, and uses a 20 round magazine.
Heckler & Koch XM8
Heckler & Koch XM8 is unlockable Assault Rifle. It can be used with AG-36 Underbarrel Grenade Launcher.

AKS-74U
AKS-74U is one of the "pre-order" featured weapons when players buy Battlefield: Bad Company with pre-order package. It can be unlocked without buying pre-order package, but users with pre-order package don't need to kill tons of enemies to get this weapon. It has same penetration and damage like AEK-971, but it has other features available(i.e better mobility).
AK-47
This weapon is part of the amazon.co.uk pre-orderpack. although it says AK-47 i seriously doubt it is, it is probobly the AKS-74U, i am putting it down here justincaseit does appear in the game.
M16A2
M16A2 is an unlockable assault rifle, and it uses 3 round burst. It can be mounted with M203 Grenade Launcher.
The M16 has been replaced in Battlefield: Bad Company 2 by the M16A2. The M16A2 differs from the original M16 that was used in the first Bad Company in multiple ways:
- A 30 round magazine size instead of the 50 round size
- A three round burst instead of being fully automatic
- Multiple Weapon Attachments (As is the case with most weapons in Bad Company 2)
It requires 247000 Points to unlock, and is the last unlock in the "Assault" kit.
M4A1
Seen being held by the soldier on the box art, and is rumored to be in game, though it might not be.

Called "STG.77 AUG" in-game.
FN F2000 Tactical
F2000 is assault rifle. It can be used with M203 Grenade Launcher.
FN SCAR-L
Used by engineers. Is one of the few silenced assault rifles to appear under this kit.
