Colt Python style Paintball Gun
In the hostage sequence in "In Love and War" (S08E06), Cooper (Don Crera) holds a Colt Python style revolver with 6" barrel. Then the gun is revealed to be a paintball gun, and the whole scene is a training.
For comparison: Colt Python with 6" Barrel - .357 Magnum
Cooper holds a hostage. Note the large gap between the cylinder and the frame that is uncommon for real Python revolver.
Cooper fires. The underlug slightly differs from the real Python.
Pistols
Browning Hi-Power
Smith (Struan Rodger) uses a Browning Hi-Power in "Roots of Evil" (S08E04). David Scholes (Shaun Scott) uses a Hi-Power "Type 73" in "In Love and War" (S08E06). Brian (Guy Fithen) holds a Hi-Power in the climactic scene in "The Messenger Boy" (S08E09). When he is disarmed, DS Jim Bergerac (John Nettles) picks up the pistol. The hitman Jean-Louis Clandel (Tip Tipping) uses a Hi-Power during the assassination attempt in "Diplomatic Incident" (S08E10).

Beretta 80 Series Pistol
Kevin Ramsay (Wayne Michaels) uses a pistol in the assassination attempt in "Entente Cordiale" (S08E05). This gun is seen unclear due to fast motion. It has an open top Beretta style slide, and the general appearance of the gun allows to identify it as a Beretta 80 series pistol. Beretta 84 is a decent guess as such gun is used in Season 7.
For comparison: Beretta 84 (earlier version with round trigger guard) - .380 ACP
Ramsay fires at Bergerac's car.
Smith & Wesson 459
Roland (Tyrone Huggins) is armed with a Smith & Wesson 459 in the climactic scene in "In Love and War" (S08E06).

Mauser C96
A Mauser C96 is used by a hitman during the assassination attempt in "Diplomatic Incident" (S08E10). According to the story, the hitman is Jean-Louis Clandel (Tip Tipping) but the character is never seen with this gun. During the investigation, a ballistic expert calls the gun "Browning 9mm" that matches the pistol, used by Clandel in another scene.
Mauser C96 "Pre-War Commercial" - 7.63x25mm Mauser
The hitman fires the Mauser pistol. Due to the angle of the view, it is difficult to determine the exact length of the barrel. There is a possiblity that the pistol is a "1920 Rework" with 3.9" (99mm) barrel.
Walther PPK
Gillis (Michael Feast) holds a Walther PPK in the final scene in "Diplomatic Incident" (S08E10).
Gillis holds Bergerac at gunpoint.
Gillis puts the pistol to his head.
Unidentified pistol
