The following weapons were used in Season 1 of the series Burn Notice:
Pistols
SIG-Sauer P228
Beginning in Season 1 and until Season 3, the sidearm of choice for Michael Westen (Jeffrey Donovan) is the SIG-Sauer P228. The first time he uses the pistol is when he pulls it on the con artist Quentin King (Mark Pellegrino) to talk him into giving him full access to his bank accounts in "Identity" (S1E02). In "False Flag" (S1E10), Michael is seen having to repair his SIG with a hairpin given to him by Fiona. Fiona also fires the SIG in "Loose Ends, Part II" (S1E12).
SIG-Sauer P226 (Two-tone Slide)
The SIG-Sauer P226 with a two-tone slide is a frequent weapon seen in the series. In the pilot episode, this SIG is carried by one of the Nigerian mercenaries escorting Michael.
SIG-Sauer P226 (Nickel)
A nickel SIG-Sauer P226 is used by the kidnapper Reyes (Steven Bauer) in "Hard Bargain" (S1E09). Michael takes a nickel SIG off Cristo in "Wanted Man" (S1E08).
SIG-Sauer P226
A SIG-Sauer P226 is pulled by Henderson's bodyguard in "Wanted Man" (S1E08).
SIG-Sauer P226 SL Sport II
A rare SIG-Sauer P226 SL Sport II is seen briefly in the hands of Boris, the wannabe warlord (Dimitri Diatchenko) in "Pilot" (S1E01).
SIG-Sauer P230
In "Hard Bargain" (S1E09), kidnapper Lucio Velasquez (Gonzalo Menendez) pulls a SIG-Sauer P230 on Michael.
Beretta 92FS
Sam Axe (Bruce Campbell) carries a Beretta 92FS as his personal sidearm throughout the series. The Beretta has also seen use by various other characters throughout the series' run, in both suppressed and unsuppressed forms. Sam notably dual-wields a Beretta and a Beretta Inox in "Hard Bargain" (S1E09).
Beretta 92FS Inox
The Beretta 92FS Inox is used by Vince the bodyguard (Chance Kelly) in "Pilot" (S1E01). Sam notably dual-wields a Beretta and a Beretta Inox in "Hard Bargain" (S1E09).
Beretta 92SB (Nickel)
In "Pilot" (S1E01), Vince's Beretta 92FS Inox turns into a nickel Beretta 92SB in some scenes.
Beretta Inox "Non Gun"
In "Pilot" (S1E01), Mr. Pyne (Ray Wise) picks up Vince's handgun, which in reality is a Non Gun version of the Inox.
Colt M1911 Series
Colt 1911 series handguns are seen numerous times throughout the series. In the pilot episode, an M1911 is pulled on a Nigerian mercenary. In "Fight or Flight" (S1E03), Michael relieves two cartel soldiers of their M1911A1's.
Glock 17
In "Fight or Flight" (S1E03), Michael disarms a cartel soldier of his Glock 17 and holds it on the thug. Glock 17's are used by Miami PD in the many instances when Mike tricks criminals into being arrested to solve his problem of the week.
Glock 19
In "Unpaid Debts" (S1E06), corrupt cops are seen using "department issued" Glock 19's, which is how Mike realizes they are police.
Heckler & Koch USP
A Heckler & Koch USP with a chrome slide is seen in the hands of several characters in the series. In "Family Business" (S1E05), the gun dealer Ari (Guri Weinberg) pulls a USP at Mike in a club.
Heckler & Koch Mark 23
A Heckler & Koch Mark 23 is used by Kent the smuggler in Season 1's 2-part finale "Loose Ends, Part I" (S1E11). Despite being a former Marine, he has a terrible low grip on his Mark 23. Maybe it's just too much handgun for him, or maybe it's so Michael will be able to easily take it away from him.
IMI Jericho 941 R
The stainless Jericho 941 R is a very common sidearm used by bad guys in the show, especially the head bad guy in various episodes. (It's almost like what the Infinity is to the series Heroes.) In "Family Business" (S1E05), the boss Eli Zamar (Joel Swetow) carried one, which Fiona recognizes as a "Desert Eagle 9mm with combat grips". In "False Flag" (S1E10), Evelyn (Lucy Lawless) uses a suppressed Jericho.

A Kimber Pro Carry II with a black slide and stainless frame is seen many times throughout the series. It appears to be an Aegis. It is first seen in the hands of con artist Quentin King (Mark Pellegrino) in "Identity" (S1E02). Michael describes it as having extended controls and a beveled magazine well, which shows how serious the criminal is. The competition style extended frame safety is noticeable in one brief shot.
Makarov PM
In "Hard Bargain" (S1E09), a Makarov PM is seen in a display in a mansion in Miami, which catches Fiona's eye. As a reward for his assistance, Mike buys it at a discount and gives it to her for her birthday. While military surplus Makarov's are very common and inexpensive, there are some that are sought-after collector's pieces for various reasons.

Madeline later is seen holding it when she and Nate go to Michael's place.
