The Legend of Tarzan is a 2016 adventure movie directed by David Yates (the director of four Harry Potter films and the State of Play BBC miniseries) and stars Alexander Skarsgård as the titular character. This is the 46th adaptation of the novel by Edgar Rice Burroughs, since 1918. The movie takes place years after the events of the novel. Tarzan now lives in England with his wife Jane Porter (Margot Robbie) as John Clayton III, Lord Greystoke. However, he returned to the Congo, where he is invited as a trade emissary of Parliament. There he is a pawn in the conspiracy of the corrupt Belgian Captain Léon Rom (Christoph Waltz).

The following weapons were used in the film The Legend of Tarzan:

Revolvers

Chamelot-Delvigne Mle. 1873

The French Chamelot-Delvigne Model 1873 is the most used revolver in the movie including Leon Rom (Christoph Waltz) and Dr. Williams (Samuel L. Jackson). Captain Moulle (Ben Chaplin) is seen with a holstered revolver at the beginning.

Chamelot-Delvigne Modèle 1873 - 11x17mmR
Captain Moulle defends himself with the Chamelot-Delvigne Mle. 1873 against Chief Mbonga's leopard men emerging from the mist.
While in London, the holstered Chamelot-Delvigne revolver of Dr. Williams is seen.
Rom points his Chamelot-Delvigne at Muviro (Yule Masiteng).
Later, onboard his boat, he approaches Jane (Margot Robbie) with his revolver in hand.
"Those are some mighty big earlobe you got there, son."
Williams aims at the Jug Eared Soldier (Richard James-Neale) who demands the engineer not to say anything.
Williams' Chamelot-Delvigne weighs down a map of the French Engineer (Cédric Weber).
Jane gets threatened with a Chamelot-Delvigne pointed by one of Rom's men right on her head.

Colt Walker

Instead of his previously seen Chamelot-Delvigne revolvers, George Washington Williams (Samuel L. Jackson) dual-wielding Colt Walkers during the night attack of the Kube village. This is the only time the Colts are used.

Colt Walker 1847 - .44 caliber

...and starts decimating Rom's men.

Rifles

Schmidt-Rubin Model 1889

Belgian and Force Publique soldiers are mainly armed with Swiss Schmidt-Rubin Model 1889 straight-pull bolt action rifles. One of Rom's men uses a scoped variant that is later used by George Washington Williams (Samuel L. Jackson). Various Kuba people use captured Schmidt-Rubin rifles.

Several Schmidt-Rubin rifles pointed by the soldiers waiting to open fire.
Major Kerchover (Casper Crump) holds his rifle at the ready during the encounter with gorillas.
The sniper of Rom's henchmen aims the scoped variant at a gorilla.
A left side view reveals more details of the scoped rifle.
With the words "Schmidt-Rubin!" Williams discovers the scoped rifle lying on the mud.
He watches the fight between Tarzan and Chief Mbonga (Djimon Hounsou) with his just received rifle.
Atartled by mysterious noises, a henchman takes aim with his rifle behind Captain Rom.

Mauser Model 1890/38

The second most used rifle that Belgian soldiers and Rom's henchmen use is the Turkish Mauser 1890 rifle, upgraded with a 1938 style stock and barrel. These rifles should resemble the correct Belgian Mauser 1889 used by Belgian troops at that time which has a thicker barrel jacket and no pistol grip stock.

A Belgian soldier marches with the rifle which gives a good view of the muzzle.
The three kneeling soldiers in the foreground hold their Mausers.
As the fog slowly clears, the remains of the previous expedition become visible. The silhouette of the rifles appears to be original M1890; note the missing 1938 style stocks.

Three henchmen wield their Mausers in the town.
A Kube member raises his Mauser to the air.
Another member does the same giving a good view of the shape of the magazine.

Winchester Model 1873

A Winchester Model 1873 rifle is briefly held by Dr. Williams after the night attack of the village. This rifle is lost after he jumps from a cliff into the jungle.

Machine Guns

Maxim 1895

Maxim 1895s are used by Belgian, Force Publique and Dr. Williams. Some are mounted on heavy carriages with large spoked wheels, on Rom's riverboat Adelaar, and on the train with shields.

Shortly after, Williams provides suppressing fire with the Maxim. The way he handles it is reminiscent of Lyle from The Wild Bunch.

Shotguns

Double Barreled Shotgun
