Henry Camerero (Albert Paulsen) uses a M3 / M3A1 "Grease Gun". The movie posters show both an MP40 and the Smith & Wesson 76 being used.
M16A1
A barricaded shooter uses an M16A1. SFPD SWAT officers are also armed with the rifle.
M1928A1 Thompson
A SWAT sergeant is seen armed with the M1928A1 Thompson.
Ithaca 37 Shotgun
The S.F.P.D. Swat officers use Ithaca 37 riot-guns when dealing with the barricaded shooter.
Smith & Wesson Model 15 Snub
SFPD Detective Sergeant Jake Martin (Walter Matthau) is seen carrying a Smith & Wesson Model 15 Snub throughout the movie. Inspector Leo Larsen (Bruce Dern) also carries one.
