Having worked in the firearms retail industry in the mid to late 80's and a shooter/hunter/collector for a lifetime, I enjoy the trivial aspect of figuring out what firearms are used in the movies and on TV. Took us a while to figure out "Hunter's" sidearm was an HK with some kind of barrel extension! Did you know there were completely left handed Mini-14s used on the A-Team? Mirror filming trickery. As of late, I'm trying to track down the "rimfire" rifle used in Winter's Bone. It is definitely not a Remington rimfire of any sort and neither a Remington centrefire. Convinced it is a small calibre European centrefire. Shoot safe!
