The Black Veil (Chyornaya vual)
The Black Veil (Russian: Чёрная вуаль; Chyornaya vual) is the 1995 Russian romance detective story, directed by Aleksandr Proshkin. The story takes place at the beginning of 20th century (1900s) in the Russian Empire. Police detective Pyotr Dmitrievich Sinyov (Sergey Makovetskiy) investigates the murder of millionaire Andrey Yakovlevich Rokshin (Aleksandr Abdulov) and soon realizes that a lot of various people have a motive to this murder.
The following weapons were used in the film The Black Veil (Chyornaya vual):
FN Model 1905
Augusta Blum (Tatyana Vasileva) owns a FN Model 1905.
Percussion Dueling Pistol
Policemen carry Nagant M1895 revolvers in their holsters.
A unidentified long gun can be briefly seen in the police outpost. It is presumably a percussion (or converted to a breach loader) infantry model, although flintlock is also possible, but it is not visible accurately enough for identification. Anyway, such guns wourld be too antique for regular forces of that time.
