Not sure of the model, but in at least one episode, Flynn uses a S&W automatic. If I had to guess I'd say it was a 4566.

Did the "time bomb" episode imply that teenagers can purchase fully automatic rifles from a sporting goods store? The text that accompanies one of the screencaps seems to indicate this in which case this show's production staff seriously did not do their research. -Anonymous

The user who made that comment must have been confused about what was said. During the interrogation of the suspect, it's specifically mentioned that the guns were illegal. The detectives go back to the sporting good store to see if any other gun purchases were made, not necessarily that they bought the M4's there. --Ben41 08:13, 30 May 2010 (UTC)

I'm the person who made that comment, and I don't think I was confused about what was said. I don't remember them saying anything about the M4s being illegally obtained at all; I remember it being implied that they could have bought all of their weapons (including the M4s) and body armor at the sporting goods store at the mall, which is obviously impossible in real life. -MT2008 21:27, 14 December 2010 (UTC)
This is one of my favorite cop shows. It rings more true to me. I own the first five seasons on DVD so I'll add to the page over the next few weeks. I'm tired of trying to build new pages. Truth be told I'm running out of movies that I want to add.--Jcordell 15:39, 14 December 2010 (UTC)

It was announced a couple months ago that this season (summer,2011) is going to the be last one. I've made the appropriate changes. --Jcordell 13:32, 16 March 2011 (CDT)
