Malibu Express is a 1985 action movie that started Andy Sidaris' “Bullets, Bombs and Babes” (a.k.a. “L.E.T.H.A.L. Ladies”) film series. An unfortunate and inept private detective Cody Abilene is involved of investigation of the affair of illegal selling secret computers abroad. This leads him to a wealthy family of Chamberlains. With the help of his numerous girlfriends Cody finally succeeds.

The following weapons were used in the film Malibu Express:

Handguns

Dan Wesson Model 15-VH

Cody Abilene's (Darby Hinton) weapon of choice is a chrome plated Dan Wesson Model 15-VH revolver. This gun later appeared in nearly all “L.E.T.H.A.L. Ladies” films.

When the conspiracy is revealed, Cody surrenders his revolver to Det. Beverly Mcafee (Lori Sutton).

Beretta 950BS Jetfire

Beverly Mcafee (Lori Sutton) carries a pocket pistol. It is seen very briefly but its general outlook (and with respect to typical re-appearance of guns in Andy Sidaris’ movies) allows to identify it as Beretta 950BS Jetfire.

Crime boss Matthew (Art Metrano) carries a High Standard Model 10A shotgun in several scenes.

Colt Model 1878 (replica)

In the scene on Cody's boat Matthew (Art Metrano) carries a 12 Gauge Double Barreled Shotgun that appears to be a modern replica of Colt Model 1878. Later this gun appeared in several other Triple B movies. During the climactic chase and shootout Matthew's henchman Mark (Richard Brose) carries this shotgun.
