The Beretta 92FS pistol is the handgun used by the majority of law enforcement officers in the film. LAPD Detective Frank Lyga (Shea Whigham) uses a Beretta 92FS pistol fitted with wooden grips.
CHP officers appear to be seen armed with the Beretta 92FS pistol.
