Carnosaur 2 is the 1995 Roger Corman-produced sequel to Carnosaur. The low budget film utilized some footage from the first film and the cast included John Savage, Miguel A. Núñez Jr. and Cliff De Young. This film was followed a year later with 1996's Carnosaur 3: Primal Species.

Jack Reed (John Savage) is seen using a M8 Flare Pistol to kill a raptor that attacked and knocked Monk (Rick Dean) to the ground.
