August. Eighth (Russian Title: Avgust. Vosmogo / Август. Восьмого) is a 2012 Russian film directed by Dzhanik Fayziev. A young woman sends her son to South Ossetia to visit her ex-husband and his parents. Soon she comes to South Ossetia as well. But, the 2008 South Ossetia War begins shortly after. Now, she must save her son and survive the hell of war.
