Winter of the Dead. Meteletsa (original title Zima mertvetsov. Metelitsa, Зима мертвецов. Метелица (Winter of the Dead. Snowstorm)) is a 2012 Russian zombie horror directed by Nikolai Pigarev. This is the first Russian zombie movie.

PS This film was previously released at the UK, before Russian release, so it was equipped English unremovable subtitles.

Makarov PM

Two Russian policemen (credited as ment 1 and ment 2 and played by Aleksandr Guryanov and Yuriy Loyko-Dovnar) (at 2012 Russian militia renamed to police) can be seen holds the Makarov PM pistols as their duty sidearm at the pseudo documentary reportage.

Two Stechkin APS pistols was used by Captain Igor Knyazev (Dmitriy Kozhuro) throghout the movie

Tokarev TT-33 Pistol

Tokarev TT-33 Pistols was used by Khan (Sergey Shirochin) and his bodyguards (Igor Dikovitskiy, Aleksey Gladkiy, Aleksandr Grinelevich). At the film climax one was used by Kostya (Mikhail Borzenkov) and Iskra Khan (Tatyana Zhevnova)

Captain Igor Knyazev (Dmitriy Kozhuro) carries the AKS-74U throughout the movie. Khan also uses the similar rifle.
