The Remington High Wall was a gun produced in 1885. It has a special barrel with an upward slope in it to allow its user to be behind a wall with the gun over the top. Many people used it for target practice.  Winchester produced the High Wall and Low Wall, not Remington.  Remington's single shot was the Rolling Block.  Suggest this entry be deleted.  As far as "an upward slope in it to allow its user to be behind a wall" I have no idea what this refers to, the 1885 High Wall was so named because of the high walls on the receiver around the falling block.  This deferentiated it from the low wall which had no walls around the falling block.
