AK and the M16

Unfortunately, not really. It's an okay gun, but you ever give me a choice between the AK-47 or the M16, I'll have to pick the Russian gun. Run its a T-55 19:29, 22 July 2009 (UTC)

- I got rid of the pictures, as you requested. Also, I own an AK myself (pre-'89 Chinese gun made by Golden State Arms), and I would personally rather have an AR. Not that I don't like AKs, but the difference in ergonomics and accuracy makes it a no-brainer for anyone with a choice. -MT2008 21:02, 22 July 2009 (UTC)
Well, it all comes down to personal opinions...I like guns that don't require too much maintainance, and also the AK is a 'Russian' gun. Not that I'm a foreign spy...but hey in the long run, I wouldn't complain if an M16 was handed to me. Just that there are quite a few guns I would use before selecting it.
