Mossberg 590

Mossberg 590s are used by all of the guard tower sharpshooters, firing rubber bullets. These 590s are modified with Ghost Ring sights.

Mossberg 590 with Ghost Ring sights - 12 gauge.
A guard overlooks the yard, Mossberg 590 slung.
The prison's most dangerous shot, Zomero, awaits orders to fire.
He hears the order over radio...
...then fires his 590.
A guard fires at the rioting prisoners.
Another guard firing his Mossberg.
Zomero lining up a shot.
He then loads a slug into his Mossberg 590, instead of a rubber bullet, thus proving an earlier claim of his brutality.

M16A2

M16A2 Rifles are wielded by numerous guards when Colonel Winters authorizes them to do so, realizing that he's lost control during the riot.

Designated marksmen line up under Colonel Winter's orders.

Another shot of the Designated Marksmen, as Col. Winters demands them to fire.
But, they refuse to shoot Gen. Irwin (Robert Redford).

Beretta 92FS

Standing-in as usual for the M9, the Army's standard-issue sidearm, the Beretta 92FS makes an appearance in M12 holsters and being wielded by Colonel Winters (James Gandolfini) and Captain Peretz (Steve Burton).

Beretta 92FS - 9mm.
Colonel Winters (James Gandolfini) fires his Beretta 92FS at the film's climax.
Captain Perez (Steve Burton) defies Colonel Winters' orders and aims his own Beretta at him, ordering for surrender of his sidearm.
Colonel Winter's finally surrenders his sidearm.

Molotov Cocktail

Used by a few prisoners to set the guard towers on fire. Unlike regular thrown Molotovs in bottles, these are bagged Molotov's fired from slingshots.
